TPM Technopark Sdn Bhd is a combination between two subsidiaries company in Johor Corporation. The two company is Johor Technopark Sdn Bhd and Total Project Management Sdn Bhd. Johor Technopark Sdn Bhd and Total Project Management Sdn Bhd merged on 16 November 2001.

Johor Technopark was incorporated on 20th June 1992, as the principal company of the Industrial Development Division. The privatisation of Technopark, which was formerly known as the Industrial Development Department in Johor Corporation, was due to the growing importance and contribution of the industrial sector to the Corporation and Johor. The company's mission is to be one of the premier industrial property developers in the region to ensure that Johor's economy continue to grow through accelerated expansion of the trade and manufacturing sectors.
